Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with approval or further instructions. If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
Step 3: Ship Your Item
Once your return is approved, securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrect (see sections below).
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.

b) Item Not Delivered (Lost in Transit)
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time and appears to be lost, please contact us immediately.

We will verify the tracking information and initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

If the item is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or resend the item at no additional charge.
c) Wrong Size/Color Ordered
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or color, you can return the item for an exchange or refund.

d) Cancellation After Placing an Order
